This Memo candle is inspired by a hummingbird’s journey from Mexico to the Rocky Mountains. Journeys being so integral to the Memo brand, it is fascinating to experience their interpretation of a bird’s journey rather than a human’s for their scented candles. It’s a deep and comforting fragrance with notes of olibanum, patchouli, and oud.
As it’s deep, it would be great for the colder months and in personal spaces. May not be the most suitable for shared spaces though it is absolutely heavenly.

Fig is an increasingly popular note, Diptyque’s Philosyko’s one of the most popular fig perfumes. Diptyque tend to focus on a single note with their candles, so the candle doesn’t smell exactly like Philosyko. It has the fresh green facets of fig leaf, along with sap and the milky, lightly sweet character of the fruit.

If you’ve tried the Honey I Washed the Kids body spray from lush and love it, the scented candle of the same scent is an easy blind-buy. I would suggest this for both personal and shared spaces as the scent feels universally likeable and less likely to offend.
