Tom Ford’s new December 2025 release is Soleil Neige, a reinvention of the 2019 fragrance of the same name. The 2019 release came as part of the Private Blend collection and was followed up with a Soleil Neige Parfum concentration in 2024, while Soleil Neige 2025 is part of the Signature Collection.
Soleil Neige, as the name suggests, is a solar fragrance with the cold character of snow. Tom Ford describe it so:
“Soleil Neige is a ray of solar light—a breath of winter air that conjures sun on fresh alpine snow. Radiant and exhilarating, it captivates with bright citrus, white florals and musk. TOM FORD’s winter world conjures the thrill of a day on the slopes that melts into the celebratory warmth of après-ski…”

Tom Ford’s popular Soleil Blanc represents summer joys, the warmth of the sun and its comforting embrace. Soleil Neige takes a more complex route, going for the feeling of the winter sun, the icy cool white of a snow-covered landscape meeting the warm white of the sun.

With citrusy bergamot opener, the perfume is refreshing from the get go, blending with carrot in a very interesting way. Seeing the carrot note here makes me excited for the potential for a change in the gourmand landscape of perfumery. It has a distinct, mild sweetness of an earthy variety with some woody elements to it. What makes carrot interesting is the powdery facets along with some metallic intrigue which I feel adds to the stark white snow imagery.
The versatility of the white florals Tom Ford use allow for them to dance between the lines of warm and cold, offering a balance of both as the name of the perfume promises. Together they bring elements that are sweet, green, and deep while also feeling fresh.
The soft florals lead to a warmer base. Benzoin and labdanum are deep and warm, offering a resinous dry down and contrasting the cooler top notes and offering dimension to the perfume. The warm embrace of the sun lingering even after the fresh chill of snow disappears.
Tom Ford’s Soleil Neige 2025 will be available in three sizes of 30 ml, 50 ml, and 100 ml.
